Here’s a little bit more about us…
Who are you guys?
We’re a start-up property company dedicated solely to students. We buy, refurbish, and manage the properties. We’re looking to fill the gap between the large providers of blocks of flats and the minnow landlords with one or two houses. We want to look after our tenants and make things easy and simple for them.
We believe in honesty. We are a business so we want to make a return on our investment but we’re also here to see if we can revolutionise an industry with a terrible reputation and to see if we can make business fun and enjoyable for everyone – our employees, our tenants, our suppliers.
Yeah right! You’ll be crummy just like the others! *sniff sniff*
Hey! Look, things are bound to go wrong occasionally but we promise to solve all problems as quickly as we can so you’re not inconvenienced.
We’re also a bit different as we offer a menu of services so if you don’t like cleaning or doing laundry we can help you out (Please note the services available depends on your property – contact us for details)
So what kind of homes do you have?
We look for homes that are close to campus, not too pricey, good-sized rooms for everyone, a decent standard, broadband included and as little hassle for you as possible. Why don’t you take a look?
We’re not just a landlord… Once you have settled in, we can even help you with your chores!
